I don't know if ron is stupid. I don't understand the guy at all and don't even read his comments.

As for the C's Lakers game 7. It was amazing and actually pretty beautiful.

I know it's "cool" to bash Mac on CF, but probably going to get a ring if he goes to LA.

I think if he had a chance to sign with any team, he would rather join a team where he can start and has a legit chance winning a championship.

granting that kobe was four of twelve as you stated , it wasn't as bad as his performance in game seven of the celtics lakers finals. The point is we had an opportunity to close out the lakers in spite of a thirty million dollar hole in the roster.

and no shane is not much better than ron on defense, past and present. shane has never won a defensive player of the year award, ron has won a defensive player of the year award.

shane has his merits as a defensive player but he just doesn't have that intimidation factor that ron brings.

Don't you know that Clutchfans stalk him all the time?

What's even more amusing is that some of them are fat guys in their 30's who can't remember the last time he saw his toes.

This. IMHO it would be different if the Lakers were the ones who went after him just like what happened to Artest, and instead its Tmac doing everything he can to be in a Lakers uniform. Even though I'm a Tmac fan it really comes off as desperate and just weak.

However, anybody who says Tmac can't help that team has got to be kidding themselves. Tmac is nowhere close to done, that knee will probably be ok next season. He's definitely an upgrade over Sasha Vujacic and Luke Walton. Maybe he can even play pg behind Fisher.

that is a very important position to the lakers too as fisher is basically a spot up shooter now who was never that great of a playmaker to begin with. You could potentially start t-mac at the pg spot with certain matchups just because his passing ability and we all saw that it was very much still there when he was a knick. Phil coached scottie a 6'8 point forward before why can't he utilize t-mac in the same way...minus the defense.

Mcgrady is a fagat who thinks hes all that. Who the hell would want him on their team. Afterall he has amazing defense. Along with great passing skills . Oh yeah and dont forget his amazing 25% shooting. Oh yeah and he is amazing on fast break!!! I think thats just what the rockets missing piece for the offseason is to send Mcgrady to the Lakers to bring them down.Screw bosh!!! Mcgrady to LA!!!

Despite all his injury's his better than Luke Walton or Sasha Vujab**ch

But he would have to except a bench role, don't know if that would fit well with McGrady...

Wouldn't it be hilarious if he signed with LA and somehow they ended up losing in the first round?

Dude would do anything now to get out of the 1st round. But don't worry T-wack, your legacy's already tainted.

At this stage of his career (IF he is healthy), he needs to go to a contender with shotblockers that can protect him defensively and a team with enough offensive firepower that he doesnt have to do too much. Ideally, that would be Orlando. I would lose respect for him if he went to the lakers.

You got to be kidding me. The difference between Pippen and McGrady is that McGrady literally CAN'T move anymore. Fisher plays WAY better D than he does.

I'd have to see where T-Mac is at next season to assess if he can even contribute to a team still. He was in good shape physically last season, but his knee wasn't holding up (it's fairly obvious if you saw his play from the first couple of weeks in NY to the end of the season; it deteriorated drastically).

If they want to play him once a month he can give them solid production. He can't take playing every game.

Yeah, well i hope for our sake, he joins the Lakers lol!

Love to see the look Phil and Kobe give him when he is chucking fading 20 footers when the clock still has 15 seconds :)

Lakers do not need TMac's passing ability. They need good defense and 3pt shooting. TMac has neither. Fisher is abused by fast guards, TMac too, only he wouldn't even try.
