    I'm right because your ripping on TMac because of what happened with the Rockets. This was a thread about him helping people in Haiti. Pretty sure him donating his money is the opposite of a 'memac' like you said.

    Im glad he's off our team (more or less), but good for him for helping those in need.

    It's painfully obvious that if he's donating to the people of Haiti after this earthquake, then he's not as selfish as some like to point him out to be.

    I know this is a message board, and the internet and all, but some people carrying over their TMac hate into a thread like this, considering the circumstances is ridiculous.

    These type of people bring nothing to the BBS and should be banned.

    Trust me, as I speak for a lot of people. They won't be missed.

    Now back to the thread, kudos TMac.

    Right. I don't think T-Mac is a selfish, greedy, individual incapable of compassion for others. I don't like how things turned out with him here in Houston and will be glad when he's gone and this is over with, but his actions with the club shouldn't have people villifying him.

    By the way, dear OP, what were you thinking when you made this thread? Were you fishing for drama because that was all your thread was ever going to produce.

    It doesnt matter how contrived a donation is. It doesn't matter if the donator's aim is publicity and image enhancement.

    In the end its still a good deed that benefits someone in need. Who cares if (just a theoritic example) the pilot of the Hudson River crash just goes on the talk show circuit, gets a big book deal and brags about it incessantly to everyone. Who cares IF he happened to be a criminal beforehand, he saved lives and it doesnt take away much from the deed.

    Dang, Haiti took alot from that 7.0 earthquake. It would probably take a decade(s) just to get it back to normal. Good for Tracy for donating money.
