Not much of a gearhead, but when my wife and I used to share a car, my mother-in-law would let us use her Murano whenever they went out of town. I've probably had it 3 times, for 7 days each, and I absolutely LOVED driving it. To be fair, she got one with every conceivable upgrade, so it had built in GPS, backup camera, nice leather interior, etc. But as far as the drive goes, it's got a lot of pep, roomy back seat and decent cargo area.

I have a Nissan XTerra now, and I'd say the Murano definitely had more back seat room, but a smaller cargo area.

Ride is smooth. I felt just a tiny bid shifting when changing lanes really fast, but overall it drove smoothly.

When I test drove the murano I got a chance to check out the back seat but didn't feel like it had that much room IMO.

No I was just wondering what your price range was. The LE has an MSRP of $37k. I am sure you can purchase a better car inthat price range.
