Head AWAY from the arena on Polk, then take a RIGHT on Austin St. Go down a few blocks, there's a ton of free parking on the street (meters free at night) and there's always a ton of spaces. I think I usually park near where Austin intersects Texas St. It takes ~10 minutes to walk to the arena but it's so worth it to not pay for parking.

Get suite tickets.... food and beer is amazing especially when it's free.

I usually park along Jefferson street, never fails for me

I think they have 2 seating times, one at like 5:45, which they will let u in early as long as you have reservations, and one at 7:15. I usually eat during the game and sit at the tables that gives you a good view of the court. They also have Ledge Dining tickets that have tables that face the court, I think for $100 which includes the buffet. Try it sometime, its worth doing it.

You do understand that the price of the food and beer is built into the suite ticket prices.....
