A document that describes three "flying saucers" each containing three bodies of human shape, only 3 feet tall. More information on the memo can be found here. EDIT: Apparently the memo is old (declassified in the 70s) but it's placement in the online vault is new. Also appears that the "report" is more of a filed interview (i.e., hearsay) so...bleh.
