Tower defense II (do not look if you don't want your productivity to go to ****)

Why did you post this, I'm never going to want to do anything else at work....

 

i figured this wouldn't be able to suck me in like you said in the original post. i was wrong. if my cpu usage didn't spike i would be playing continuously instead of taking breaks. tomorrow when my roommate is gone his desktop is mine to play this game.

i'm on level 43 on easy right now on my first try but i think i'm about to get pounded. i think i relied too much on pellet towers and need some squirt and bashers mixed in more than right now. nobody has flown past me though.

One fully upgraded swarm will change the speed from fast to very fast plus more damage, so focus on one tower first. The other tower doesn't need to be fully upgraded unless you want to take down the two flying bosses at level 49. Plan ahead and position your squirt towers where the flyers will spawn (center top middle or center right). Max out the squirt towers that get the most coverage in the snake formation.

A fully upgraded pellet tower would change its speed from slow to very slow. For that price, a fully upgraded missile silo would be better because of the splash.

So much time for a flash game....

 

I just finished with 8 lives and ~4400 points on 'normal' with this. I know it's pretty unorthodox, but I'm pretty proud of myself for just being able to make it all the way through once.

 

Anyone got any tips on the Hard levels?

Using the assembly line/snake attack, I beat Easy and Normal, but Hard is a totally different animal. I can't get past level ~24.

The Flying Creeps and Spawn Creeps cause way too much trouble.

I've done nothing in the past two days except play this damn game.

 

That was a neat trick! make them go backwards! by opening and closing exits!

 

I had a lot of shi*t to do yesterday.........





Instead I played this game for like 5 hours straight. My eyes hurt

How far can you guys get on the "cross" game?

 

LOL Damn you guys, you shutdown the site with to much traffic.

 

normal levels are pretty easy, but hard is ... very hard. I also had some problems with the spawn creeps/flying creeps back to back. This is an addicting game.

 

Has anyone tried playing the $10k fun mode. Yeah I know its lame. I like setting it up all at once and then doing like 10+ levels all at once to see if I can break the defenses.

 

On a similar note, my favorite mode to play is the $4000 fixed maze. You can only build at the beginning, and have it last through the entire game. I like just seeing it go like that.

And if you get about 3 dart cannons maxed out, you can blow through the first 20 levels or so all at the same time.

 

Yeah, right after I posted that I started to play the $4k fixed mode. Its pretty cool.

 

fully upgraded squirt cannons are where it's at.

with five of those I can have a perfect game - no-one gets through...
