Clearly, corn was more focused on defense and kept a little more pressure on the team. Flour's more likely to play rookies though.

Corn for Tacos obviously like fajitas and barbacoa. Flour for burritos and some chicken fajitas. Corn for tostadas and hard shell tacos. Flour for eating regular food with and wraping up things.

And it's only a flour tortilla if it has manteca in it. An ex of mine, always bought wheat flour tortillas...eww..gross. Don't know how i made it 3 years in that relationship.

I prefer flour if putting something inside them. Corn tastes good warm rolled with a little butter inside them and nothing else.
