You should try some Viet Texas BBQ fusion. Brisket Banh Mi. Delicious. I've made banh mi with pulled pork, kimchi, fried egg and home made may before. That was also delicious.
i complemented my home-made pulled pork Banh Mi w banana peppers. kimchi, i use them on my Burgers, and wasabi on hot dogs
Sounds great but I will have to make it myself. Not sure I anywhere near where I'm at will do all that together.
HA...so I'm up and bored and already read the paper and waiting to cook breakfast, scrolling through the TV channels, I tend to stop and read the description of any cooking shows that look interesting. There's one on the Vice (yeah, I know) channel called That's Delicious: it has some lardass tatooed bearded ginger New Yorker (Action Bronson is his name, which is an awesome name), and he's in SF and it said he was going to a Burmese joint so I had to watch it....yep it's your spot. Oh my lord that looks freaking amazing, I'm so jealous that you get to eat there whenever you want.
It is with great sadness, that I announce that Thanh Noi- sandwich shop, has permanently closed. Best chicken and grilled bbq banh mis in town. Damn!
