    Welcome, thanks for your take.

I was just joking about his nick, but he will get a ton of phantom fouls ("But I was on the other side of the court?!?") whenever he's in the game. Whatever, I'm sure he's completely grateful to be on the team.

Oh, and I like his game, too. :)

One thing I read about Mr Braggs is that he had a 'history' (as in problematic) when he was in Europe. The details of this history was never explianed but I hope it is not something that will crop up in the future.

    Welcome to the board.
The Spurs game was the first time I got to see him play and I got a positive impression as well. ;) Braggs had an excellent game. If he keeps this up, I think he'll stick with the Rockets. He played big... hit his shots, hit the offensive glass, passed the ball.

Did he have a nickname at Xavier?

Not that I recall, but that was a while ago, so I may have just forgotten.

    Fegwu,

I do recall hearing him having some sort of problem at one of the places he was playing at, but I didn't hear anything mentioned in detail. I think it was at Rockford, but I'm not totally sure. Hopefully he's learned from his mistakes if there was a problem at one of those teams.

I was impressed by Braggs. He was smart, physical, and quick. He also hit a couple of jumpers (though he also had a bad close-rang miss). TBH, I'm not sure that he's much of a step down over Griffin, except for the "potential." He doesn't look like he'll take as many bad 3's... and he takes better cuts to the hoop.

I think Braggs is ok, but really only 12th man material. I like his hustle and his ability to do the little things.

What's the deal with Malick Badiane? He can't play for the Rockets until next year or what? With Griffin likely done as a Rocket he would be nice to have on the bench.

yeah! i was very impressed with muoneke and scales. too bad they got cut =/////////////////////

anyway, about braggs.. i dunno.. i don't seem to be as impressed as some of you guys. i don't think he's a "solid" player. did you guys watched the other preseason games? he seemed to have a lot of turnovers and could not make his layups.. like ANY of them. i have to admit he did impress me somewhat during the spurs game. hopefully he's adjusting to the game and getting better.

    You are absolutely right.
The Spurs game was the 1st and only game that Braggs showed his stuffs. He looked pretty bad in other games!

I wonder who's higher on the rotation? Padgett or TB Test?

    T-Bags... is my vote.

I liked his play against the Spers too. He must have shown JVG something in practice to still be here or he was just the best of the scrub bigs we had.
