For me, MJ's flu game against the Jazz and Magic's 42/15 rank up there. There are other great playoff games but the backdrop of being in the Finals is what set these apart. I forget his stats, but Kobe's game 4 performance against the Pacers still bothers me to this day. We should have won that game and I still wonder if the series outcome would have been different if we had.
All of these fall under "great playoff performances", but under top playoff games, I think Game 1 of the '95 Finals has always been underrated. Rockets are down by 20, then storm back, only to allow the Magic to take a three point lead. Nick the Brick misses four consecutive free throws, then Kenny Smith hits a three to send it into overtime.
