We are losing our democracy and the conservatives with real power (not their useful working class dupes ) want it that way. More importantly the elitist conservatives on the Supreme Court want it that way. They prefer an oligarchy of the rich to a system in which the majority have much say-so.

you've already spouted off all about yourself in the previous rant. i won't question your being content with your current 'accomplishments' of working in a daytrading firm, having a house/girlfriend/2 dogs as you put it. if that's what makes you happy then fine - to each his own ambition. and it's probably not right of my colleagues and i to have mocked your market-related posts all these years, or at least for me to have told you about it.

but as you showed again in this thread, you have a way of habitually getting in my face with name calling and probing etc in multiple forums and for this reason i guess you deserved to know how much everyone had been loving the 'robbie' posts. so no, i don't want to see your little book. and another thing quite noticeable from your posting style, it would serve you well to be less emotional and sentimental in your trading/investing. have a nice day.

lololololololol that post is funny on so many levels. i love how you say i get in your face when you were the one who talks the **** in the first place:grin:. sorry i don't let you mock me and walk all over me lol. i'll make sure to stfu the next time you make one of your vague posts about how awesome you are because of who you associate with. oh and please tell me that cool story about how much interest you make again. that was a good one.

i could give a crap if you mock my posts or my stuff that i post on here. like i've said before...what i post on here isn't everything i have in my head. i am horrible at explaining everything in my head. i may post something on here, but trade completely different if a situation presents itself. mock away...if you can make money off of me then i really don't care. if we both make money then that's fine by me. i make a lot of mistakes, so if you can capitalize on them please do. i really don't care. :)

anyhow, i have seen guys like you before. the ones who talk a lot of trash, act like they know all, and try to belittle people by acting as if they have status and power. i have found that people, like yourself (or at least how you present yourself), who try to berate and belittle other often are full of it. i don't like to throw around my money. but i am glad i am lucky enough to be worth 7 figures before the age of 30. it makes me sound like an ass by throwing it out there, but it gives me the confidence to deal with people like yourself in the financial/trading arena since money is often the scoreboard. i know i am by no means a bad ass, but i know i don't suck like you would like to have me believe.

...and yes i am emotional with my trading because i am an emotional guy. i have always worked on that weakness. however, i'm probably not as emotional as you would like to believe with my trading. as long as i have the proper risk, planning, and liquidity for an exit then i can relax a lot more :D. lol however, i am by no means sentimental. not sure where you would get that from, but being sentimental with a trade is something that went out the window a long time ago when losses were associated with it.

ok well off to walk the dogs.

The society from Demolition Man didn't look so bad. It looked better than current society in many ways. I think you are just afraid of what you do not know.

This is where this guy looks like an idiot. Politicians tried to pass legislation on this very thing. The Supreme Court declared it unconstitutional, in violation of the First Amendment. We'll have to amend the most sacred amendment in the Constitution in order to satisfy this fool. I like how he hid that little point in one sentence. This was THE point to address, and he is too coward to face it. When the politicians tried to legislate against this, large institutions had the power. Now Twitter and Facebook makes campaign contributions more democratic. A dollar to my candidate is a perversion of democracy? What is he trying to say about early America? I think this guy grabbed a stale cup of tea and became a bit delusional. So much for "Independence Square." I guess I'll take K-Street.

so pippen...how far off was my rant?

    http://bbs.clutchfans.net/showpost.php?p=5024285&postcount=5

btw...this market is getting a little toppy but it's not gonna crash. we are back to the old boring vix times. i haven't looked at put/call ratios but i did see some girl on facebook who is an uberobama fan and uberdemocrat post "11,000? what? hope i didn't jinx it". oh yeah and cramer already calling for dow 12k since we just got to 11k. hell why not just go ahead and load up on 130 DIA may calls. we've made it to 11k so 13k is gonna be a freakin layup

either way those sentiment indicators:grin: are enough to make me cautious and maybe you can get your crash.

pls fwd rant to whoever you would like. ;)

Cramer is the one sure thing I use to decide my investment strategy. Based on his analysis, I'm selling everything today and stocking up on freeze-dried foods and water filters.

We've had an oligarchy in place for a very long time. Everything the founding fathers warned against this country has become.

Many countries have publicly financed elections. It is a big improvement. So itisn't utopian or an abstraction that has to be unimaginatively poo pooed. The second thing is that the politicians should be prohibited from going to work for K street or the industries that sell to the goverment or whom the government regulates. Those primariliy interested in their personal gain should stay in private business. Third pay the politicians more so that they don't feel the need to use their office to achieve greater wealth.
