I vaguely remember this game. Did it have a vector graphics like overhead view of your party when you went into space ports?

Time Pilot! I used to LOVE that game. Time Pilot '84 was even better.

Games that totally changed the way I look at games, in chronological order:

    1. Wing Commander

    2. Street Fighter II

    3. FFVII (didn't end up really liking it that much, but is the first and last game that made me run out and buy a system)

    4. Gran Tourismo

    5. Metal Gear Solid

There were a bunch of really fun games in between, but nothing like those 5 that made me see games in a new light, and I'm probably too old to get that sensation ever again.

holy crap, how could i forget the game of games in school. The Oregon Trail by MECC. back in elementary school, when computers were barely computers, whenever they let us in the labs for some reason, you did everything you could to fire up a game of Oregon Trail. now that's an epic game.

I was playing FF7, and Sephiroth iced Aeris, and after the water burial scene, I had to put down the game for awhile coz I was so depressed.

I could not believe I was that into the characters.

4.A Link to the past- Only beaten it 10 times.
    ;)
5.Secret of Mana/More new Maddens-This was just a ton of fun with friends and Madden franchise mode cant be touched.
