If you asked me to rate the 5 hottest celebrities last year, Britney would have been my number one. I would have no number two...on down the line because I was so obsessed with her. It was Britney or no one. Looking back its pretty funny. I would rate girls on a 10 scale based on their appearance and dress (10 being Britney's twin). The Britney standard is one tough scale.
