You're right, it's not always the case. When I said 'He led his team', I literally meant that Dwayne led the Miami to get the ring. They were down in the series 0-2, but Dwayne stepped up big time and won 4 straight games. That my friend is leading a team. In the case of Billup, they played as a team which is supposed to be the right way to play the game of basketball. But you can't say that he literally led the Pistons. Yes as a PG, he led his team.

Media and "experts" have to pick a hero. They could do that with Shaq in Lakers, but can't go with him again in Heat. So Wade is the only choice, not because he's better than Kobe or LBJ or TD. That's also why media hates Pistons, coz they couldn't pick a single one. They have to resort to that "team play" thingy, it's the right word everyone says, but let's be real here, who in NBA likes team play? Team play usually means you are a good role player, like Battier. Individualism and "heroism", that's what NBA as a money machine is looking for, that's why every one is so crazy about all kinds of rankings in pre-season, regular season, playoffs, on any kinds of media.
The point is that Lebron, Kobe would have won w/ medicore Shaq as well. Medicore Shaq is still better than Z or Kwame Brown.
