Qualifying for The Open is sort of like the Quest For The Holy Grail for golfers. You know you are going to fail but you have to keep the dream alive. There are 10,000 guys folding shirts in Pro Shops right now that could beat Tony Romo in golf. There are probably 48 sites having qualifiers with 100 golfers at each, only a couple qualify at each site. It usually takes a couple under to make it. Here's who qualified at the Northwood Club in Dallas: 5/11/09 DALLAS, TEXAS - DALLAS NATIONAL GOLF CLUB MIKE BRISKY - SOUTHLAKE, TEXAS 69 COLBY BECKSTROM - MUSKEGON, MICH. 72 ROB COUTURE(a) - DALLAS, TEXAS 72 MARK WALKER - HURST, TEXAS 72 ANTHONY BROUSSARD - BEAUMONT, TEXAS 73 JAXON BRIGMAN - FRISCO, TEXAS 74 A - DAVID JENKINS - SPRINGFIELD, MO. 74 A - CASEY CLENDENON - HOUSTON, TEXAS 74
