He's already in active litigation(s), deleting social media posts now could be considered spoliation of evidence. I know an attorney that got disciplined by the State Bar for advising his client to delete social media posts after he named in a lawsuit.

In this era of the social medias, you really think the court will decide if a person is guilty or not, especially when it is just a civil trial?

This crap is 100% backed by the Texans management.

Sadly that could be the only thing they were able to hit in the last 15 years.

This is quite different to compare Watson to Woods.

Woods is a sex addict but who give a fork other than his wife? He paid everyone that slept with him or at least no one really filed lawsuits on such things.

I guess you weren’t aware of the millions he lost in endorsements and the hit his image took.

He paid for it in plenty of ways.

From ESPN : "In Friday's news conference, Buzbee said "at least" one of the women alleging sexual assault was referred to him by the Texans. He said Quincy Avery, Watson's personal quarterback coach and trainer, had referred Watson to one of the women."

    LMAO,

I like how the Texans just won't give a fork and just throw their QB coach and trainer under the bus.

Again, they don't even have the guts to fire a white fat guy with a buttchin that he was the worst coach in the whole NFL for years and wasted all these seasons.

And now they just dont give a fork and will go after a black QB that wanted to jump ship.

    Bravo.

I guess you weren't aware why and how Tiger had bounced back from this but Cosby will never be able to do the same.

It shouldn't matter if the Texans referred one of them or not if the allegations are true. What makes you think they just dont give a fork and will go after a black QB that wanted to jump ship?

It took years for Tiger to regain public trust. Would have taken longer if he denied he ever had a problem.

This doesn’t need to be a criminal/legal process for Deshaun to grow/learn from it. What Tiger did wasn’t “right” even though there were no legal repercussions.

I’m not including Cosby... what he did was criminal/evil, beyond a sex addiction, and he deserves every bit of jail time.

This isn’t necessarily true and it has been proven over and over again. The power dynamics, how women respond to assaults etc are not as simple as you seem to think.

I'm having a tough time following this Line of logic. Tiger engaged in consensual relations although married.
The Coz drugged women and is now in jail.
They should never be in the same paragraph.

One of the lawsuits accuses Watson of forcing oral sex which is sexual assault in Texas. It is a 2nd degree felony and carries a 2-20 year sentence.

It is entirely possible he could face prison like Cosby now that HPD has taken an interest in these allegations.

It goes beyond poor judgment. If you keeping having massages, and different women tell you that you are out of line, and you do the same things over and over... there is no misunderstanding, you are guilty of sexual abuse and are a POS.

He doesn’t look like a good person.

For arguments sake, lets just presume that in the sex worker industry (which there is high speculation plenty of these unlicensed massage therapists are part of), there’s a ton of grey area between “forced assault”, “standard transactions”, “consensual activities”.

But yes, out of all the potential allegations, this is the only one that could actually be taken up in a criminal setting... and would be the most likely to get settled out of court.
