Wink and nod. It won’t be written explicitly into an agreement, but Settlements seem to always result in that. Look at Kobe’s rape case, Big Ben’s rape cases. Money is more important than having to testify in a criminal case.

 

I’m aware of how it’s done but that’s risky stuff. Also, in this case there isn’t just one, but 7 women who’ve gone so far as to press charges with the authorities. Only takes 1 to keep up the criminal prosecution to draw this thing out further.

 

I bet having to refrain from soliciting new masseuses every week to get his rocks off is killing Watson.

 

With who's running the city there will be no criminal prosecution.

Civil is the only way for these women to get any kind of justice.
