People may not want to hear it, but our worst games have come without Ariza playing.

Brooks is getting exposed without Lowry, that's all there is to it. Ariza is not that important.

    Fixed yet again.

Last time we were missing both, we got incinerated by the Heat. Looks like we'll be getting toasted again tonight. :(

Even though our two worst games of the season have been when he's not playing? We've been losing without Lowry, we've been getting wrecked without Lowry and Ariza.

His prevention defense is important, the mere fact that he is always looking at jumping the passing lanes makes the offense more conservative at throwing passes and moving the ball, with that threat gone, the other team feels more confident in passing the ball around.

Ariza actually did a very good good job rebounding, passing and defending. Al around game is way more important than shooting. l RA played him so many minutes with his horrible shooting and injury might tell you something ritgh there.

Tonight's game showed how important talent is.

Put Kobe and LeBron on the floor wearing Rockets uniform and we'd be blowing the Magic out at the half.

Without Lowry we're constantly losing by 10 to 15 points each game. We need Lowry because Brooks simply can't play this many minutes at PG. Once Brooks plays past the 30-32 minute mark at PG, he impacts the team negatively.

    Without Ariza...........meh.It's a wash.

The game is not over yet. But ... if we loose, tonight's game shows how important making shots is.

One-liners aside, I hope these games at least stop the notion that Ariza is the most god-awful player who isn't even worthy of playing in the NBA.

Ariza brings quite a bit to the team. He's just not a scorer.
