Lucky the Cavs have homecourt through the playoffs most likely. They really do struggle against good teams on the road.
This isn't struggling. The Cavs have zero energy. The Magic are just running circles around them at both ends of the court. It's like they don't even belong in the same league. Rafer Alston is looking like an all star point guard again, and Hubie Brown keeps talking about how he's in a shooting slump at 39% from the field. Dude, he's been struggling with his shot his entire career.
Rafer seems to love playing against the Cavs though, not really surprised. Some nights he's hot like this and it definitely helps. Some nights though...
We could drop to 6th, but we play the Hornets and Blazers soon so we can make up for a loss if we lose by beating them on our floor.
106-99 Grizzlies. If the Suns can hold off the Kings tonight, that means Sunday is essentially a playoff game for the Mavs and Suns.
If there was any chance of Utah falling to 8th, it probably just disappeared with that Mavs loss. Oh, Jazz 85, TWolves 87 6:04 left in the 4th.
That was an awful loss for Utah. They have a very good chance of finishing 8th and getting the Lakers now.
Deron tried twice on the same play to draw a foul. First he pushed off with his off arm to create space, then he leaned and threw his elbow to the help defender and...... *gasp*....The refs at Utah did not buy either. The look of disbelief on the Jazz coaching staff, players and crowd was a thing of beauty.
