Yes. It basically felt like I was a kid in a high chair, and someone shoved it over while going forward 70 mph. There's few feelings like thinking for 10 sec that you may have killed your friend while worrying that another car on the highway is going to collide w/ you. Lesson for the kids: Stay in school, don't do drugs, eat your vegetables, and always wear your seatbelt. As it turns out the previous owner of my SUV had the tire plugged.
I was reading the article with the pic posted earlier in the thread and it says the brother died at the hospital. Just thought I'd add that, considering the title of this thread and no one had mentioned it yet. Sad.
