    Well, the fire has subsided and everyone is off the edge of the cliff now.

    With such an out-of-nowhere hire, it seems we either got a TOTAL steal in this guy or we've literally hired the last coach we'll ever need, because the program will die with Dickey.

    I'm less optimistic about the program than I am about the coach, if that makes any sense.
