This is just irresponsible. You acknowledged what was wrong in your previous post and why the president of the united states who can't even get simple googled numbers right should be put in charge of the whole country, and are giggling over this crazy psychotic episode he had on national T.V. This isn't an edgy "he's cool/a rebel!" moment in highschool. Trump doesn't do his homework, lies, and disrespects people. If you have kids, you know that the first thing you would tell them is that they should be responsible for their actions. Trump knows the consequences and the media should in fact call him out 10x more on his bullshit. The fact you think it should slide is hypocritical.

Long and stressful press conference?? GIVE ME A ****ING BREAK. He chose to do the press conference, he's the stupid ass that doesn't even know how to handle the ****ing press. Jesus H. Christ on a popsicle stick, I could have answered any of those questions infinitely better than Trump- and so could nearly anyone else. Stop making bullshit excuses for him- he's acting like a big giant p***y.

Mr. Trump, what can you tell us about the Russian...?

Trump: What I can tell you is that we're going to appoint a special committee to investigate this.

Mr. Trump, do you feel the immigration rollout was an utter failure?

Trump: No, I'd disagree with you there. I think some aspects of it needed to be changed. But we based this EO on one main factor: those 7 countries have an extremely poor vetting system. Saudi Arabia, for example, doesn't. It's easy for us to gain information from them.... With Syria, though, it's very difficult...

I could go on and on I certainly wouldn't keep whining about the electoral college- you know damn well that if it were Obama doing that you'd be 200% beside yourself with incredulity. STOP MAKING BULLSHIT EXCUSES FOR HIM.

You need to seriously take out the Being Objective part. YOU ARE NOT BEING OBJECTIVE. YOU ARE SEAN HANNITYING AND RUSH LIMBAUGHING YOUR VIEW OF IT. YOU ARE UTTERLY BIASED- WE KNOW IT AND DEEP DOWN YOU KNOW IT.

I gave you the benefit of the doubt earlier, but you're completely full of partisan crap.

It's ok. Trump is fighting for those that felt victimized. He is not perfect and make mistakes but has a good heart. As long as he continue to do that, we should not be too hard on him. But the Press? Those guys are nasty liars and need to be put in their place.

Sean Hannity isn't even a journalist though?

I mean, even he'd tell you that...

This press conference really had nothing to do with providing new information or explanation to the reporters or the public. All it was was a means for Trump to posture, show himself off for his loyal followers, and reassure them that he's still in charge of things. It was also a good setup/preview for his upcoming Florida campaign rally.

Trump's just doing what worked for him as the GOP candidate. But what I don't get is why the media keeps playing Trump's game and by his rules. I'm hoping after a few more rounds of this - and rest assured these so-called press conferences will continue as long as Trump gets his desired results - the media will finally wisen up and start giving Trump's diatribes the minimal press coverage that they deserve.

Then, maybe they can get back to doing some real journalism work and report on what's going on, like they've been doing off and on these past few weeks.

But I'm not holding my breath.

I didn't watch, but great post.

I know if I'm a journalist, I would not want to attend any of these event or daily press briefings. Prefer to talk in private with the folks in the WH and in Congress to get the story.

I know that's pretty basic stuff but, LOL. You just have to bring up that for comparison.

I guess with your support for Trump and Hannity, it's clear that you like people who just make up things and ignore reality.

"TRUMP: Well, I don't know, I was given that information. I was given -- I actually, I've seen that information around. But it was a very substantial victory, do you agree with that?"

That reporter and other reporters were given the chance, in person, not just to call his claim a lie but to present the actual evidence and facts, right then and there. They should have answered back, ACTUALLY NO, it is historically one of the smallest margins in the history of electoral college victories

Yes, and the follow up question should have been will you fire the people giving you the false information?

Again, Trump continued a lie his own official WH biography tried to spin in January and was called out on and forced to correct. And yet he gets up in a press conference, tried to spin the same lie out, and when he was called on it, he tries to excuse his own lie by saying what he did. Pathological liar. Over something that was so easy to disprove, and so unimportant to anyone but his own ego.

Couple that with all the other lies and misinformation (vague statements, blaming of everyone else). But reading what Trump supporters here and other sites, its what they want to hear.

Leave him in the tanning bed a little longer, slap on some stylized, North African Bedouin clothing and voila: Donald Gaddafi! That's the level of dictator style lying, the emporor has no clothes, insane ranting we witnessed. I'm truly baffled that even his red meat supporters look at that disgusting display as strength and constancy. I would say he's wagging the dog with some Gobbels style propaganda but The Orange One is more Bananna Republic than Reich-ey.

Looks like Trevor Noah had the same idea over a year ago with him in his generalissimo outfit:

Hannity has zero credibility. Has he uttered even a single critical word against Trump through any of this?
