Nor blacks that are black. The question was why is it racist to call Asians yellow because Asians aren't really yellow and prefer the term "Asian". Apparently whites and blacks don't mind being called white or black, such as "Black is Beautiful"
I'll admit to having very few Asian friends and the ones I have are mostly Japanese, but I've never known an Asian person with yellow skin, or even yellowish skin.

You are being facetious, right? Assuming you're not, yellow has long been associated with cowardice; the same way that "red skin" has been associated with savagery and violence used to perpetuate the crimes of humanity against Native Americans. In terms of "slanty eyes", I would assume that almost everyone who's not an irredeemable racist would deem the "Little Black Sambo" stereotype of big lips and shining white teeth to be offensive; why is a stereotype from the same era deemed acceptable for Asians today?
