The two aren't mutually exclusive. Le$ is not a good owner and Maury is not a good gm. Le$ inherited a championship team that was built under a previous regime and is more concerned about turning a profit than winning a championship. Maury has had almost 10 years of playing fantasy basketball with nothing to show for it. My position has always been consistent in criticizing both. Last season was obviously luck. Even the blindest Maury and Le$ homers can see that given how average and mediocre the team is this year. I've always said that the Rockets need regime change. McFail is gone and either Maury or Le$, preferably both, need to go as well.
Les is horrible. He inherited the championship team. They won in his first season as owner and he's been jacking everything up ever since.
