I agree that the passion that Balmer or Cuban bring to their team would pair well with DM's analytics to produce a team worthy of remembrance. Right now, we're all looking at this season as one we hope to forget.

It could be that or it could be a historic one. It is tough but if Dmo's back is not as bad as the Pistons say it is then Dmo could be a very good 6th man back up big. Knock on wood it happens but Dmo and Josh Smith vs LeMarcus and DWest is a good match up as well as Dwight vs Duncan. It really comes down to if JBB can really get these players focused. If Ty Lawson and Brewer could show a glimpse of what we saw last season, this team can beat the Cavs Golden State and Spurs. Again it depends on the little things that management can do to inspire and get this squad going. The Starting lineup is fine. It is our bench that needs tweeking.

The best owner was Jerry Bus. He was the most loyal owner of all time. The story Magic Johnson mentioned when he got HIV was great. He said bus supported him all the way and on top of that he gave him lots of business advice thus helping Magic become super rich in his post NBA career.

People think that keeping Kobe was bad at the end of his career. Yes, in the short run, but look at it in the long run. He was loyal.

Compare that to Hakeem getting traded to Toronto to save a few bucks. So over pay Hakeem for a year or two. For what he did, you owe him.

In the long run what did that do? nothing.

Pay Barkley his $3 million. If he had done that, a national tv audience wouldn't have to hear that for 16 plus years.

    There's a reason why Rudy T, a lifetime Rocket, is STILL A LAKER'S SCOUT.

    Yup.

And yup again since it says the message has to be at least 5 characters.

Also, screw you, Les, for Hakeem going to Toronto. And you too, Dan ****ing Fegan.

Sorry, continuing to say after certain deals, ie. Barkley, Pippen etc. Acquisitions were made about money and not talent.

What is going in Le$ mind? Bro, you have a very short window. You should be spending all your money and doing whatever it takes to get a championship or Crack and hookers. You cant bury the franchise with you.

Don't know but I hope it doesn't mean Brandon Knight. We could've had him at the trade deadline. And PHX will give him away if possible this summer. I mean give him away....for nothing.

    Don't.want.

I think the way DM acquire players without actually thinking about chemistry is a major problem. I also think the fact everything is about acquiring the next big name and the rockets have yet to have a guy signed pass his rookie deal under DM. Is that on Les too?

I don't think those are the only two possibilities. You just created them to push your narrative. We all also know that Morey is in hot water right now so it renders your post irrelevant.
