    I still vote trade.

House always screws the team at the worst time.

    In the playoffs.

But I love that he is inflating his value and helping Rockets win in the interim.

Let’s go ahead and eff up this chemistry. He had to put up with harden for a while too. If it ain’t broke, why try to fix it folks?

He's playing really well. I like the House, Nwaba, Brown, Tucker and Tate rotation. All 5 bring it every night.

But if there's a chance we can upgrade, I think we'd have to do it.

I voted yes a while ago.

But it's obvious he can't be traded this season. As I think we are going for the playoffs.

Next season is something else. If we are tanking then I want 2 1sts.

If we are going for it next season. Only if we get an upgrade.

I’m one of the few who voted “keep” from the onset. When healthy, the dude is a contributor on a very favorable contract. Obviously he’s not untouchable, but you should be able to get good value for him.

He’s been nails off the bench good for about 10 points a couple of 3s and solid energy and defense. All on a good contract keep him.

The people that want to dump house are the same that want to keep pj. Being too emotional instead of rational. Thankfully the front office won't be.

If his market value is just a 2nd rounder, then keep him 3M starter on a good day guys dont grow on trees.

If some team offers a FRP or more for him then trade as good as he is we need to open spots for other guys.

We don't need to trade anybody except for Kurucs and Dante Exum. Which is a $11.2 Ms by the way. After that we should add Mo Bamba which is $6Ms. We would still probably have $11Ms and $15Ms in Trade Exceptions. Thats the math of this situations. I didn't even mention all the draft picks we have.

He’s not burning a hole in the cap sheet but if he can return decent value I say trade. He has a good contract but it might run out before Rockets are ready to be no doubt about it contenders again.

The only way you are going to get other teams to absorb these players is by either sending an FRP, cash considerations (we don't have any left in the pot), or taking on a bad contract.

If we continue playing like we are playing, there are some good value players out there that have two years remaining on their contract at a reasonable price. Two examples that come to mind are Harrison Barnes and Aaron Gordon. If Danuel House builds up enough value that other teams would consider a package of House + expiring contracts + FRP, I think you have to do it. I know Aaron is out for the next month at least, but he would be a really good player for the Rockets to continue building on their core.

If it all falls apart, their contracts are favorable enough that they could be traded at some point.

Personally, I don't trust House helping this team when it most matters.
