1. He plays for the Rockets 2. Skills/Athletic Ability/Playmaker 3. Potential 4. Refer to #1 I hope to one day replace "potential" with something positive reflecting how a PG enhances his team. His APG are on the rise, now if he could get those damn TOs down.
So true, I can see it already. Stevie is not pg material on JVG team, and Franchise certainly will not give up the pg position. When the media writes about Ward as a better pg than Franchise, u know Stevie certainly is over rated. Here's how I add up the efficiency rating: 1. +4 pts for scoring more than opposing team pt guards 2. +6 pts for each assists, 3. -10 pts for 5 TO a game, every turnover become 2pts on a game because on average team score 1 pt per possession, a turnover has the effect of 2 pt swing. Net effect 0 for being a franchise player. I am not even counting countless time when stevie gets into bonehead mode and starts dribbling into 1 on 5's because he can also be spectacular at times. So that's a wash. That's why Rockets never go anywhere. Stevie is not a difference maker. He should be SG and focus on scoring. This rocket team will never go anywhere with him as pg.
