I was born in St. Joseph's Hospital. I've lived in Houston practically all my life except for a brief time I lived in Florida.
I was born in St. Joeseph's too and grew up in Houston but haven't lived there since I was 18. I still think of myself as a Houston and its been great sporting my Stros gear this weekend around Minnesota!
I was born in Taiwan and moved to Houston with my family when I was 15. I've only really lived in Houston for 4 years, but I call Houston "home". Proud of everything Houston
Born in Baytown, raised in Channelview, lived in Alaska for five years in the 1980's, then back to Channelview and lived in Houston in my 20's. I've lived in New Zealand since 2002.
Born in Baton Rouge, LA, moved to a small town called Jennings, LA with only a few fastfood stops and a Wal-Mart, then came here after college a few years back. Rooted for the Rockets when I was in Louisiana and before I even knew how to drive here. Glad that I'm here (to stay ) and never will miss another Rockets game again!
Born and raised in Houston. I moved out after college, or for college really. I live in LA now, but I'll always be a Houstonian

I was born in Houston, lived most of my childhood as the only kid in North Texas with an Oilers Starter jacket, and moved to the north Houston burbs at 13. Been in Greater Houston ever since.

I don't get it. Was I name dropping because I listed where I have lived? I thought that was the point. Does elementary-present day count (with 5 years for college and first job out of the city)? Because that is what I meant for my mother. I guess not because she wasn't born here? She was born in some small town that I can't remember. Hey, that is not fair. It was not really by choice and I hated it there. Probably the worst period of my life, actually. It has really only been about 8 years of my life that I have not lived in Houston.
