I think it's an OK idea. It helps spread the Rockets more to people. For those of you against the Chinese only forum, I understand, but try to be in their shoes. Let's say you are a huge soccer fan and an American player goes to South America and becomes the best player in the world. The only problem is, the only news and fan forum available are in Spanish, and ESPN does little to cover him. I know this is hypothetical, but just imagine you couldn't enjoy a player or the team because of language barrier. Now you could try to lern Spanish, which is great, but in the meantime, wouldn't you want something in English first? Just as long as someone monitors so that nobody is talking smack about the Rockets!!(just kidding. we all do that on an hourly basis here)
