For some sick reason I laughed my @ss off reading that thread. I guess because we can related to what he felt. That was a BRUTAL loss Saturday, how many times have our team suffered a bad loss and we lost our minds? Welcome back to reality RM95, we missed ya! :)

DD, if I didn't like you, the whole debacle last year would not have ocurred. When I come down to Austin for a Rockets' game, you better be there. :)

Damn, if RM95 got banned for a little "yo mamma" smack, I probably should have been banned about 2 or 3 times by now for some of the things I've said. :)

Oh, you mean like in THIS thread, A-Train? :D

We all go a little crazy sometimes. Some more so than others, I'm afraid.

RM95, I think you need a public service announcement in your signature. Let me help:

"Don't drink and post. You could ruin your posts/day average."

"I got banned, and all I got was this lousy new moniker."

"OU beating Texas leads to anger. Anger leads to hate. Hate leads to suffering. I sense much fear in you."

    RM95 -

After meeting you and other CC.net posters during the last NBA playoffs, I have to assume the outburst was but a momentary loss of temper born of frustration. We all get that way - but we are not all man enough to admit our mistakes.

Carry on...you are to valued a member to lose to such an unfortunate circumstance.

in my best Nelson voice "HA HA!" :D (that was some classic stuff in that thread)

I didn't even give you a hard time after Texas lost, unlike someone who started a thread to let me know that my team was going to lose on MNF. ;)

Sh*t happens though - glad you didn't get the boot 4ever.

Well, I figured it was so obvious that the Bears were going to lose that it wouldn't have been that big a deal. :D

Of course, it should've been so obvious to me that UT was going to lose.

Amen on the women. I found two last night who are also huge Packer fans and didn't know where to go to watch them! Good thing RM95's Girl isn't a jealous one!

I'll be down in Austin the weekend of the 26th, better be around.

    apology accepted RM.

although i was not that offended due to the fact that it was heat of the moment. Ok, ok. I was laughing actually.

I still hope we can see the Rockets play in Dallas becuase Jan 21 is such a perfect date for me.

mduke. are you a big Rockets fan. If you are, I can't be negative towards you because that means you are a fan of the same team that I like more than any other (sports team).

also. props to OU and you, mduke. I was right in saying that Hybl was a piece of crap (in an earlier thread about a certain OU signal caller). I mean, he did throw 4 ints, thus trying to give UT the game.

But the fact that OU overcame those 4 INTS to win, shows how resilient they are. Reminds me of the Rockets in the mid-90s.

    RM95--
I am being very generous here and offering you the chance to apologize to me. We can start our once-tenuous relationship over on level ground.

In the spirit of generosity, I'm generously offering you a chance to apologize to me so we can start on level ground as well. In fact, while I'm feeling generous, I'll extend my generosity to accept apologies from everyone on the BBS for every time they haven't agreed with me. Then, once everyone who's ever disagreed with me has admitted they were wrong and apologized, we can all start over on level ground.

    CASE CLOSED.
