When you make unrealistic and outrageous claims, you can usually expect people would laugh at you when the claims are proven false, that is just human nature. If I claim Obama would win 500 votes to 38, even though Obama won, people would still laugh at me. Why do you feel the need to talk trash? It is not like just because you claim Romney would get 347 votes he is going to get even one more vote.

I was going by the literal definition. A lot of politicians are going to washington simply to make sure nothing passes and cause chaos as a result. It's pretty basic really.
