heard that MIke Bibby's house is sorrounded by his friends' houses he bought for them so they he can be sure that he's in good neighborhood and secured. How's that?
for those who havent seen it nba.com has the entire nba tip off show on its videos section on the main page. the t-mac interview is about 13 minutes in i believe
if you have time/money, get Yao's biography and read it. You will know the answer. THe Chinese government DOES NOT take half of Yao's money. Yao was trained free by the country. No matter you like it or not, NBA refused to pay any significant amount of money to the club which the player belongs to when drafted. There are no free meals in this world, aren't there? Why would any club allow a contract player to get out without getting any benefit back? So in the end, it is Yao himself to pay money to the club to go and play in NBA and for the rockets.
I uploaded the T-Mac interview to YouTube for easy viewing. Will appear here once accepted by YouTube so you might have to wait a bit. <object width="425" height="350"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/vxinnGwy5oc"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/vxinnGwy5oc" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" width="600" height="350"></embed></object>
Lakers ran halfcourt through Kareem and the Bulls ran Big Chief Triangle's offense. Both offenses initiated in the post. Tmac is a great all around player, but he's not as dominant as Yao in the post. We would have to run a bunch of pick and rolls or run something similar to the triangle. We don't have a lot of slashers so our offense is similar to the 90's Knicks with Ewing. Methodical post up game which leads to one on one for Yao or open shots for shooters.
