This is a humanbeing were talking about. cut the crap and stupid jokes. best wishes for the man is in order..
AK seems like a nice guy. Its sad he broke down but also shows that he takes the game extremely personally. its a sign of a good player. however I doubt he will miss the game.
Zboy, if AK is having trouble dealing with being the 3rd 4th option on the jazz what makes you think he is going to come here?? anyways I hope he gets well soon things like this is always sad
Lmao he said he wants to play 48 minutes... what a v-span... LOL and then Sloan says he has no idea how to deal with this. Man up guy you're getting payed 12 million along with playoff bonuses!
I hope this is not a repeat of the Mavs series of 2 years ago when Keith Van Horn got hurt and it forced the Mavs to go small...... Harpring is much better than AK on offense. UGH ! DD
who cares.....i could care less about ak...he blocked yao's shot last night. he's against us. **** him
If his issue is not basketball related than I would feel for him. If it IS basketball related I would hardly feel anything for him. This is the NBA man, you gotta man up.
That's not what I heard on TNT. Maybe I missed it, but what I heard them report was that he broke down and was crying. I don't think they ever said anything about his status for the game
From the Utah paper it just sounds like he is frustrated......to me it shows he really cares.... I doubt he is really OUT of the series.... DD
AK is having trouble with the minutes he is given. Also, Jazz don't have a Tmac and Yao on the team. If AK would be on Rockets he would have absolutely no problem deferring to them. This guy is an absolute beast on defense. A freak of nature. You could see a glimpse of it in game 1. He was helping out on Yao as well as covering the 3 point line. His defense was forcing a lot of rushed 3s in the first quarter. AK47 in JVG's Rockets/defense = A Menace.
Get off it. AK has been a selfish baby the whole season and I don't remember any other players breaking down because of Sloan. The NBA is full of pressure. He never should have opened his mouth early in the season and started a public spitting match while the Jazz were playing well. This is on AK, not Sloan. That said, I saw the Fisher interview and didn't think AK's crying was funny at all. If the reports of a breakdown are true, it's a very serious matter. My only point is blaming AK's problems on a Hall of Fame coach with a distinguished career is crazy. This the 6th year AK's played for Sloan.
That's what I heard too. There was no mention of him being out of the series unless I missed it but I don't think I did.
You are dead on. Now 30 people think AK has been proclaimed out because of one persons lack of a brain. They stated he had a break down and that he was shaken up not one time did they mention he may be out for next game much less next series.
