Computer game addiction can be serious.

It is sort of like a gambling addcition.

Not as bad probably as drug or alcohol addiction as even though the pleasure centers are involved you don't also have the chemical dependency.

Some guys are even addicted to basketball web sites or bbs's not that there is any thing wrong with that. ;)

Batman has been known to make people cry.

I expect a few more players to cry in the next few rounds.

The guy could be suffering from depression, it is not funny at all. Looking this in another way, it could be a curse in disguise. As much as we or the media making fun on him or despise AK47, we are OTOH uniting their players. They will pay back in their homecourt.

[I was trying to reply this in another thread but it was lock. I guess I should just post here.]

I don't see a guy crying after a post game practice because of lack of PT uniting a team. Particularly for a guy who was of contreversy earlier (whining about PT, role).

If the Jazz collect themselves it is because Williams and Boozer and Harpring play tough and Fish and Okur hit their 3s. (and Sloan does get his boys ready to play). In other words, in spite of the recent events.

There is nothing positive about the AK situation for them--it has made them more fragile. If we can turn their own fans on them we could make quick work of them.

AK's eyes got all glassy and teary when he was interviewed today in the locker room after game 2. They asked him some typical 'reporter' questions about the game and then one mean reporter had to ask about the incident.. and you can clearly see AK getting caught up in emotions as he was trying to cover it up. You can even hear it in his voice, it was cracking a bit.

That explains everything!!! He must have started raiding with his guild buddies in Russia in World of Warcraft recently... That explains his red eyes, his poor performance (sleep deprivation can do that to ya), and his coach's lack of understanding...

Jerry: "Andrei, why are you showing zero energy out there!?"
Andrei: "Err... I'm addicted to World of Warcraft... and I can't sleep..."
    Jerry: "*#@$&*&@#%(!@$&*!!!"

He must be crying because he wants that Orange item SOOO bad... game 3 or epic/legendary? what's it gonna be?!

i hope the Rockets can pick him up next year. Else, Teams like the Lakers and Suns will.

Right now, he has zero confident in his game. But, a change of scenery and a coach who believes in him will resurrect his career. AK-47 is still a great defender.

Apparently the Jazz players didn't see it the same way. Check out the article below if you have time.

As predicted, AK was a playoff zero. When you focus on the negatives and failures, you will get more negatives and failures. AK needs to focus on winning and success.

i felt sorry for him out there. we all know how great a player he is and how much he can impact a game, and to see him completely ineffective out there is sad. you can tell he wanted so badly to do well but he just couldn't do anything right. it doesn't matter if you hate the jazz or whatever, anytime the game loses a great player, we all lose. i hope he finds himself, but not necessarily in this series.

I keep reading in this thread about us trying to pick him up next year... I Don't think its possible with his salary... I'm not sure how long his contract is but if he still in a contract next year we would have to do a sigh and trade to get him. We would have to trade a large contract to do this meaning Yao or TMAC because of the cap so this will never happen.
