I refuse to see it this way, I think he redeemed himself a good portion of it. I think his death and Gianna's render the playoffs uninteresting this year. Really wished they could be alive and the Playoffs on hold. Just my 2 cents.

I’m not interested in passing judgment on a dead man. But there is a living woman that people here are denigrating as a liar on account of her choosing to settle, and I’m just disagreeing with that argument.
I feel this saga will never end though. It seems to be impossible to settle it equally for both parties. I feel for the woman too. RIP and I hope the victim can somehow find peace.
Who amongst us hasn't been having rough anal sex and strangling a teen girl you just met who works where you are staying and thought 'did she consent to this'... then after she tells the police that no she did not in fact consent immediately enter full meltdown snitch mode. It's fairly common knowledge similar to other celebrity scandals (Kevin Spacey, John Travolta, Harvey Weinstein, etc) that Kobe had a problem that went beyond constantly cheating on his wife and people were trying to help him before he ruined his life.

I'm sure many have actually committed unlawful rape and have gotten away with it or lived without guilt to an old age without being caught. I don't think Kobe did anything unlawful but had to settle because of circumstances.
Those who are bringing up the rape case...why don't you just be honest and admit you're only bringing it up because Kobe owned your favorite team for almost 2 decades and broke your heart many times? Let's keep it real.
