She even claimed Eminem her next follow up victim after Kobe If she had vaginal tears, & blood etc.How would she be in a position to have consensual sex days after this alleged rape? Wouldn't that be the LAST thing you'd do if physically in pain? The case was dropped by the prosecution, because their client had wildly inconsistent stories. All her friends were prepared to testify against her, her own team wanted the case dropped, yet you're still confused? Ppl lose credibility defending women who blatantly LIE on men based on their celebrity

Listen to his speech. Crumpling paper theatrics and “confirming his legacy”. Lots would agree with me that the speech was scripted and about grabbing the spotlight.
90% of this is false. The primary person set to “testify” against the victim wasn’t a friend of the victim. They went to school together for 9 months. The person who also sold her story to the media. The defense was planning on not even calling her because they could not verify they were friends and the state had filed a motion in limine based on the lack of evidence. Second the number of sex partners she had is irrelevant but she did not have 6 sex partners. They found two different kinds of semen in her underwear. The first was from Kobe Bryant (after claiming they never had sex). The second was from her boyfriend who she told doctors and the investigators she was sexually active with. Third the extensive vaginal (and area outside the anus) tearing and bleeding is documented and both the experienced ER doctor and head nurse said it was so severe it was NOT from consensual sex and was consistent with rape. A common claim made by the defense team was that the boyfriend raped her. The problem is that her vaginal/anal blood was squirted on Bryant’s shirt in three different spots and that doesn’t even get into the neck and chin bruising. Fourth the prosecution did NOT want to drop the case. They had a very strong case. The case was only dropped after two doctors concluded that testifying would make her recovery worse and as a result the family of the victim and the victim said she would not testify.... this was after thousands of death threats, the state screwing up and releasing her name, people attempting to break into her home so she had to live in a secret location and a man arrested for planning to kill her. That doesn’t even get into Bryant paying the statutory max for settlement of the civil suit. He raped her. The physical evidence is overwhelming. The physical evidence substantiated her story as well as compared to hers. What was interesting is that when the police dropped by to see Bryant they told him someone had filed a complaint and claimed rape. His first response wasn’t “what??” Or “Who??”... was “Okay, what now?”
Kobe Bryant is a complicated figure off the court. On one hand he seems to have been a very involved father, took pride in having daughters and the vast majority of fans that met him liked him. His focus and zest for life were very admirable. On the other hand he raped a girl and got away with it. She suffered a lot from the ordeal. That is a big deal. He also wasn’t a very good husband. He admitted to police he was a serial adulterer before the rape charges. After the rape charges he continued to have a long term mistress and cheated on his wife. Twice his wife served him with divorce papers that we know of. It is hard to rectify how he could treat women like that and still preach empowering his daughters... but he did... both are true. Some very well liked or successful have complicated legacies like Bryant has. Bill Clinton is another figure like that.
It is sad to hear that he had another mistress after the rape charges, thought he had learned...... but nonetheless RIP. Bigger than life persona he had become.

No he didn't. She lied & the case fell apart. Her friends were going to testify against her, she BRAGGED about sleeping (and how big he was) with her victim a few days after, and also bragged about getting surgical work done once the case was over. She also sought Kobe out the minute he got to the hotel. The prosecutors dropped the case, not because she was scared, but because she wasn't credible. Look how terrified she is on stage in front of her audience
