I love Harden the basketball player, but James Harden the man has stop putting himself in these after hour situations. He's got too much to lose. Someone he trusts needs to explain this to him, PRONTO!

Couldn't agree more! People just out to make a buck, taking videos like that, claiming injuries, and greedy lawyers egging people on to sue sue sue. But, I also think that there are a lot of celebrities and athletes that think they can do what they want, and get away with a slap on the wrist. Hang out with guys who get into fights and hanging out at nightclubs, strip clubs, etc...is just putting yourself in situations with seedy and violent people.

 

If the story is true or semi true. One thing Harden did wrong was laying his hand on the woman and offer to pay her the 300.

Now she has evidence of Harden's wrong doing.

Scottsdale police on Monday confirmed they are investigating an incident involving NBA star James Harden this past weekend at a downtown Scottsdale nightclub.

The incident happened at around 2:30 a.m. Saturday, Scottsdale police spokesman Officer Kevin Watts said.

It was "far too early in the investigation" to confirm what Harden's involvement in the incident was, Watts said.

Scottsdale police could not immediately confirm [TMZ] details, saying a report was not yet available.

Requests for comment from the Houston Rockets were not immediately returned.

Scottsdale police said the investigation is continuing.​

 

I swear I hate how everyone is so quick to make money nowadays. In that TMZ report, they said she was brought to the hospital for a wrist injury.

 

So, we are to believe no one took a video of this fight, or even a picture.

This is like Lebron supposedly driving around Houston and visiting high schools with not one picture surfacing ... only TheCat believes elaborate phenomenon like that.

This is one reason why I don't like Harden's constant party mode. I'm not worried about him burning himself out or not being read for games. Or even that he might do something stupid. It's situations like this where incidents can go down AROUND you and people will jump at the opportunity to shake you down for a few bucks.

Maybe that isn't the case here. But being out at clubs every night puts you at more risk to be targeted by scum. Just be careful.
