What makes you think I'm "foaming" ? Now go and read my post replying to you and fix your ignorance concerning the laws concerning rape. Okay I've read up on all the texts, deposition, etc. in discovery. Rose is as guilty (in this case "liable") as you can be. His attorneys did a horrible job prepping him and I hope she takes every penny she's asking for. She was unresponsive to his repeated texts and phone calls well before the incident occurred. Lock, stock, and barrel. Case closed.
You obviously haven't sorted through the discovery they've released. I find it extremely difficult to believe that a reasonable mind can't see that this was a cut-and-dry case of rape.

I thought so at first too, but after talking to ninjas about it, it is all about getting your jimmy wet.
