If only he actually wrote that himself he would've stayed in the NBA. Pretty sure one of the reasons why he's out besides the fact that his athleticism declining, was the fact that he never filter his thoughts during interviews. He was a beast during the playoffs but his body was never able to hold up when it mattered most later in his career. I wish him the best in China, if it weren't for his sudden surgery maybe we'd still have VC and Ron Artest on our team. Not really sure how our team would fare but seeing as how Yao is retired now because of his feet/leg injuries it seems like everything happened for a reason.
well if these kids wanted to add on win a championship or a MVP you could be talking about LeBron, Kobe, Moses Malone, Kevin Garnett
Even though I resent him for what he pulled with the Rockets, I hope he pulls a Stephon Marbury in China. Even though their backgrounds aren't in the same context I wish T-mac success.
You're 33, so how many more years do you want to play over there? "I guess as many years as I want. I'm in great shape right now. I'm healthy. I finally got myself back to a healthy shape. At this point, it's year to year. At the level I'm playing right now, I could go another four or five years." http://www.clutchfans.net/news/1510/t-mac_says_he_feels_back_to_old_self/ T-Mac says he feels back to old self McGrady knows fans are frustrated, but says his conditioning has returned TUESDAY, JANUARY 20, 2009 7:45 PM CST "The knee feels good," said McGrady. "I'm confident about it. That was something I was lacking. I tried to come back early and I didn't have the physical and mental aspect to go out there and compete against some of the best players in the world. It just didn't work out for me, but now I feel like I'm back."
Tracy didn't physically break down, he mentally broke down. A HUGE part of the reason he is a completely different player than in the past.
I honestly think TMAC was only "Healthy" because he didn't play much. He probably will be the same old "injury prone" TMAC with big time minutes in China
Feelin the same, he looked good in ATL from a physical standpoint and had some niche blocks, dunks and oops. His bad play right now is 100% mental.
