no one can really guard nash because they pick off whoever is on him and theen play the pick and roll to perfection. You could have bill russell in the and if shaq picks him off nash is gonna get his anyway
Scola sucks tongiht ,brooks and lowry were owned by Nash. Artest suck in the 4th Q,I dont know why RA didnt put Wafer in earlier
3 things really stood out to me in this game: - the difference between Yao and Shaq is not as much as you think it is - Brooks was a severe disappointment compared to his previous game against the Suns - we really missed Landry in this particular game, Scola was ineffective, which was disappointing considering he was being guarded by Matt Barnes
Don't remember Nash being this good when we had Rafer guarding him. At least Rafer got into Nash's face, he doesn't back down like we did in the 4th last night. He would have started a fight.
Take it easy guys. Aaron will make the clutch shot against Portland and bring us the HCA. All you need to do is praying for him.
could be. but i watch a lot of phx games and he never explodes quite like he does when he plays the rockets. the same could be said for jason terry.
He isn't an arrogant player, but he isn't a natural PG. Adelman wants him to learn from experience. He will at best make a career backup PG.He has got a long way to go.
This game was lost on defense and boards. No one attacked the rim...in fact this game was lost in MANY areas. I'm not sure what we were doing out there. Scola...MATT BARNES...WHY THE **** DID HE TAKE WHAT...3 SHOTS! MATT BARNES!?!? REALLY!??! Adelman feel alseep this game, thanks for that now we get to play the Lakers on friday...oh joy.
The Suns look like a playoff team tonight. They played their best tonight, while the Rockets looked tired (Scola/Yao/Barry) AND rusty. Rick still needs to figure out lineups to keep the scoring droughts away. We got a starting lineup with 3 Forwards, 1 Guard, and 1 Center. Maybe it's time to bring Ron or Shane off the bench. Our bench has been exposed for its lack of scoring, aside from Von Wafer. This is where we really miss Landry. At this point I wouldn't mind seeing us match up against the Spurs in the 1st round, since they go on scoring droughts also.
