how do we not have a right to know what goes on with the team we support. They get our money attendance and support so they can have a career in doing what they love, but we dont have a right to know what is going on. there is a reason why professional athletes have to attend to media after games. its not like they have a choice.
we don't huh? i guess americans don't have the right to know how the government runs the country. we just have to support them too right? like it or not, tracy is a "big" name to the fans. and stars make the NBA. it's only natural fans want to know what's going on with one of the biggest stars in the NBA, who happens to be on our team.
Great then listen to what the organization has to say about it, he is not ready and it is a process. Coming back from injury like this has no firm timetable, when he is back exploding to the basket and playing hard, they will play him, until then, it is a process. No timetable....is available, and none will EVER be given. DD
"Want" and "Right" are two entirely different things. A "Right to know" (chuckle) ...I mean seriously, that is just funny. Prepare to be dissappointed a LOT as you mature....a LOT.....LOL. DD
1) how many full practices are there in a season? how many really? most of the practices during an NBA season are "light" practices b/c of the rigorous schedule. if the team really wants him to rehab properly, send him back to the best trainer in the world in grover and let him be and have someone just monitor him. there is no way tracy can get better than what he is in practice other than simply cardio and knowing more of the plays, which shouldn't take much for an NBA veteran. 2) and i don't care how many practices tracy goes through, he WILL need to use REAL NBA games to regain his rhythm and consistency. practices do NOT simulate real games. and he can only regain confidence in his body in REAL NBA games.
hahahha gotta love Brooks.... but hopefully t-mac is showing coach adelman what hes got. i expect to see him playing within the next 3 weeks
Don't you think a professional sports organization would know how to rehab there players better than you? Let's let them do their jobs, ok? Again, I think they know more than you or I, let's just let the experts handle it and cheer on the team. What? Now we are comparing it to government? What are you like 11? LOL. DD
lol, keep it civil. look, clutch's source (and he's trustworthy) paints a completely different tone. adelman does not want to play the guy. if that is the case, then they don't care for his rehab or whatever (healthy or not), they don't wanna play him.
Oh, contraire. The Rox' future rests on McG. Does he play. Does his contract expire? Does he get traded by deadline? Summer SnT? As a Rox fan I am fixated on the endgame that is one Tracy MacGrady.
Again, if that is what the organization has decided, then fine. All true, but just trust Morey, he has not let anyone down yet. Then why are you here on a Rocket's fan site? DD
You keep mentioning this 'source' and drawing your own conjecture from it...it's hard to accept your argument knowing you're a diehard tmac groupie. Basically, you love tmac....we 'get it'.
So, if he is traded, you will follow him to his next team? At least I respect that you are honest and identify yourself as a Tmac only fan. DD
it's clutch's source actually. and i'm not drawing conjecture. i wrote down word for word what his tweet said. and oh yea, great response.
that would be the case. i am not gonna sit here and front like i am a rockets fan..it would be with any team. I just dont watch much basketball unless Mcgrady is playing.
Hey fair enough, to each his own. Me, I am a Rockets fan, regardless of who is wearing the colors. DD
