I know what you are saying, I really do...but it just behooves me when some people take other people words and turn them around. Why can't we just take a person for his own word? He was only asked, who he thought was going to win the NBA Championship, THE LAKERS, which is what 99% of the betting public thinks. I understand he was trying to be impartial and if you asked me I would say the same. But he's cashing checks and his teammates are giving it their all. He can build the Lakers up and say they'll be tough, but you CAN NOT sell out your own teammates. Let me rephrase that. You can. You can say whatever you want Tma.....Tracy. Ok guys...go back to your little league days or when you played basketball for the YMCA. Your best player is hurt and you're in the playoffs and you hear him/her telling everyone that some other team is going to win it all. You're going to be okay with that? Shoot, you might have been the worst team in the playoffs or whatever, but that doesn't mean you don't want support from that guy. Tracy isn't even doing that. Tell me honesty is okay when someone says to your face that you're ugly or stupid. Complete honesty is not always the best route. I'm not saying lie, but say something else or nothing at all.

I only read the first three pages of this thread. I'm sure the other 27 were just like it, but I just wanted to add the letter I emailed to the Rockets, to summarize my sentiments:
Lol Dwayne and LeBron are not leaving Miami and Cleveland so let that thought go right out your head. Its not happening. I find it hard to believe that any legit superstar with the LeBron n Dwayne likes would want to come to Houston and be in Yao's shadow. I could be wrong but I don't see it happening. Guys need to stop worrying about who you can get for his contract or trade his contract for this and that player. Some don't realize that the best trade are the ones that don't happen. We have a whole season to go. Lets see how the team plays. We have 1 offseason left. Who knows how this team will be. McGrady is here and the FANS are just going to have to suck it up and deal with it.

As fickle as Rockets are, does any of this really matter? If he comes back healthy most of the mean spirited people will lower their voices because the team is winning. He has been too honest, obviously, for so-called "Die-hard" fans. Yet, I am still waiting to hear all the complaints about the tonight's game. AB, is not the answer to this team at point. I find it funny that for all the talk about T-Mac and some times Ron holding the ball, we have not heard enough of this with AB. Could it be the system that is partially the fault being that it's supposedly a read and react offense or something like that? I hope he comes back, but I hope that the Rockets come back and stop playing this way. They can not be considered a serious contender with these types of performances. Your best player doesn't get the ball. As much as you want to hate on him, at least you know who could get Yao the ball... How sad is it when your own team has neutralized you???!!! Playing this way against the Lakers is a guaranteed sweep. No Yao = No Chance...

I wouldn't expect anything less since T-Mac doesn't have the heart to take his team to the next level. He probably would have picked the Lakers to win the series even if he were playing Screw him, I couldn't care less about his opinion. Dump him in the offseason and get it over with.
