If he hurt, he should just go on the injured list and heal up. We are gonna need him in playoffs.

But the thing that bother me the most is Tmac's attitude. The one play where he got block by Kobe and then get beat down the court and kobe scores, the very next play you see him joking around with kobe. Man Kobe just pwned you and your laughing with him.....

Tmac just seem like he don't care out there. Just look at Kobe's demeanor, dude look like he want to kill sum1 out there.

i dont think thats what we're talking about. we're talking about him being slow coming off those picks. holding the ball when he gets it. no lift on his shots....etc.

    actually, that's not true.

if your qb is struggling badly, they usually play the backup. this has happened several times already this year alone in the nfl.

i'm not saying bench him permanently, i'm saying bench him for a game or two until he gets healthier and refocuses.

T-Mac looks and is playing like an old man. If he's injured, he should sit. Presently, he's more of a detriment to the team on offense and liability on defense. Do us all a favor Tracy and come back when you're healthy.

tracy is damned if he does and damned if he doesnt. there's a part of me that thinks that maybe he's trying to prove a point. if he sits out there are idiots fans that call him a wuss. if he doesnt, we say he's hurting the team.

i wish he would just sit out

tmac looks defeated. The other teams players go out there see mcgrady walking around like a toothpick ready to break and their eyes light up. The other team sees Tmac and they feel relieved that they are not gonna have to do much to break his spirit. At this point i dont know what to think any more of tracy mcgrady. Will he improve as he gets healthier probably. Will he ever get healthy? who the ***** knows. At this point i feel that the team should make Artest the first option ahead of mcgrady. Ofcours with Yao being the main optoin before every one. Also they should give the ball to Scola and let him work from time to time dammit.

Ahh I get it now. Even if the whole team sucks, T-Mac will still be singled out because of his demeanor. The laziness, the way everything comes easy to him so it seems like he's not trying, the lazy-eyes, the things like smiling at Kobe, the lack of fire, the laid-back attitude, etc.

That's who he is though. He's always been that. Even in Orlando. It's the same as why he always says stupid stuff during interviews. I'd be willing to bet even if he was in the finals he'd have this demeanor. That's just who he is. If that bothers you to no end, well, that sucks... In the words of Ron Artest: We're all different. That's why we got different DNA.

Yao and Ron and KG and Kobe and Paul Pierce and LeBron and all players have bad games. They just don't have the attitude and approach T-Mac has so it looks like they're trying that much harder. Maybe they are. I'm not going to say T-Mac is out there trying his ass off. But T-Mac wasn't the only player who played like garbage tonight...

All I know is come playoff time he'll be out there and playing well. Let this team have some time.

I said this the very first game of the season and im sticking with it. When Battier comes back T-Mac needs to sit out until he's not playing on one leg.

It's just a couple of games. Be patient. He should be picking up the pace by the end of November. But I mean, he's injured.

I'm more worried about Artest on the offensive end. We need Battier, practice, and time. Time to get used to the system, time to get used to each other, and time to be fully healthy.

he does seem to limp a lot in this game. the lakers announcers pointed it out quite often.

like i said, his play was embarrassing tonight. if he can't contribute or play effectively b/c of that knee, let the doctors and adelman know. rest up and get fully healthy. if he can play through it, then play and play effectively.

I agree. Tmac needs to just take a break and rehabilitate whatever injuries he has. I don't understand whatz the point of him trying to play through his injuries during November. We mainly just need him healthy for the final 25 games and the playoff. This should be the management's decision. Daryl Morey have to make this tough decision soon or we'll just end up with another unfulfilled season. TAKE TMAC out!!!!

I am so frustrated. They kicked our ass! I keep waiting for our big three to do something. Every game I stand right in front of the TV and I just wait for that moment when we take off and dominate.

TMAC has been terrible! He has been so bad that benching him has been brought up by the Matt Bullard in the middle of the game. He has gone from All World to Super Star to All Star to a decent starter. That is what I would say he is so far this season. A better then average shooting gaurd but not by much. He is super soft and he walks up and down the court until he has the ball in his hand and then he holds it for 5 seconds and shoots a fade away for a brick. I am so frustrated with him!!!!

Yao is still rusty, I think he will get back to his self here in the next month or so. He is having trouble getting his defender pinned under the basket and it looked like Bynum had his number tonight. This is not the Yao we saw last year before the injury, but I think that he will come back to his old form.....

Artest looks decent at best. He has his flashes but has been inconsistent. He is good for about three three's a game and about 2 to 3 steals. He is atleast playing with some fire. I thought he would make TMAC play harder, but it has been the opposite. TMAC has been playing softer then ever.

I have always been a fan of Rafer. I defend him when others knock him becuase of his ball control and his defense, but he has looked worse then TMAC this year. I still think we can win with him, he just needs to keep shooting asnd egt out of this funk.

I am not one to bash the Rockets, but we looked horrible tonight. Brooks has been a bright spot and landry and scola have both been inconsistent. I thought this was going to be a season to remember. I thought we were going to jump right back into 22 in a row form. I was way wrong, we look soft, slow and out of sink. We can't rebound and we do not have a leader on the court.

Maybe Battier is much more important then the eye can see. I know he brings many intagibles to the game but maybe he is the glue for this starting lineup. Maybe you bring him back to the starting lineup and move Artest to the 6th man.

I am praying that this is a wake up game. I hope there is some sort of intervention with TMAC, becuase the way he is playing is killing us. I am disgusted with his play thus far. If he is to hurt to play, then DONT PLAY. Let someone else step in and atleast TRY to play basketball. Come on Rockets, I have so much passion for this team. It hurts me so bad becuase I see so much potential.

We got beat by a better team tonight. I think we are just as talented, but if you just watched this game tonight, you would say that the Rockets are not a playoff team and that TMAC does not need to be on the court. Sad, very sad

TMAC if you can read this. If you are playing at 60%, and you think that is better then Head or Barry or Brooks getting more minutes, you are sadly mistaken. YOU have been on the decline for the last four years and this year might be the biggest drop. Please sit out. Get Healthy. We need you to be atleast 80% of your oldself to have a chance when it counts.

I hope I am so wrong. I hope all we need is time.................

There are reasons for both sides, whether you wanna defend him or torch him.
I guess he will be fine in about 10 games from now, just like last year.

But I'm more concerned for the longer term. Is he the man who can carry the team on his back?
Well, we know what kind of personality Yao is, and we know what Artest is made of. It seems that someone like Kobe Bryant or Lebron James is more suitable to lead them.

Tracy Mcgrady? Well, as talented as he is, he might have a better time playing under the wings of another big star, given his character.

Maybe "CHANGE" should be the theme for the Rockets community too.

T-Mac's approaching Bonzi Wells circa 2007 level. He should just sit out until he's healthy.

"These were probably the worst two games of my career. But when you play a long time in this league, you're going to have some games like that. Unfortunately, I had two in a row. But it's a long season."

at least tracy knows it. as long as he admits it, i'm sure he will find ways to get going. it's good that a player like tracy knows he sucked.

but ron is at least very optimistic

Obviously, nobody's happy about the loss, but I feel good about where we're going to be at," he said. "I feel confident about this team. I really believe that we're going to be there at the end."

i think we need to see this team healthy with shane and deke back before we can assess. i'm sure guys on this team remain very confident.

Unfortunately, I think the "window" is closed for Yao and Tracy. They're both declining and the results are obvious.
