man did u catch the end of that interview? where he constantly keeps saying, "IT'S ALL ON ME IT'S ALL ON ME" he looks really aggressive too
I don't think this interview gonna have any additional impact on him. Its pretty obvious to everyone what he have to do.
T-mac looked really focused. no stupid smirks. no jokes. just concentration. the guy nows he's legacy and reputation is on the line. he can either be rememberd as the best allround player not to successed in the playoffs, or one of the true greates thast achived success. he is clearly the best allround this ball club ever had. he is better then clyde..
I thought he was going to get up and choke Steven A Smith at the end... Like almost saying "There, I said it!! Youv'e been bugging me about this me being the first option and Yao the 2nd this whole friggin' season!! You happy now?!?!"
Being the 1st or second option has never been an issuue between the good friends like yao and tracy.they genuinely like and respect eachother. i've never seen anybody standup for yao in public like tracy has. for godsake he had the chance to go to anyteam that he likedd and said he only wanted to play with yao. he threatend to not play and report if he were traded to anyteam but houston. thats what i call commited to our ballclub.
T-Mac look very angry at that damn question the Stephen A. Smith kept asking him. I hope T-Mac and the rest of the team have the same attitude going into game 1.
Its not that he's cocky..he's determined! Hes realizing his window of opportunity is closing and that these next few years are going to be critical.
how do you figure? what coaching moves affected orlando and turned the series around? I dont remember exactly. this is by far the best interview ive seen tmac in a rocket uni. i feel real good about his performance in this series.
Off the top of my head, I think after Orlando got up 3-1, Carlisle figured that he should put Prince solely on Tmac and deny him the ball, then use his length to bother Mac's shots once he got it. They might have played Box-and-1, thought I can't remember clearly if they did. What happened next was that Doc Rivers failed to adjust and find a way to get Tmac quality isolations, and when Tmac got it, they basically made him pass the ball, and nobody else could hit a shot. I think Drew Gooden played well in those 3 wins, after that, he couldn't buy a bucket even though he was still getting monster rebounding numbers. Guys like Gordan Giricek and Jacque Vaughn and Darrell Armstrong couldn't do a lick against the rest of the Pistons. And they had Andrew-freaking-DeClerq at center for god's sake.
