Did anybody watching the game on FSN Houston notice that they showed that clip a couple of times coming back from a commercial break in the 2nd half? I thought that was a bit odd. Usually, they try to show positive highlights but, in this case, they not only showed McGrady getting blocked by the rim but they showed it twice from two different angles.
is Ron Artest a hater too for laughing at Tmac's weak dunk attempt? Ron laughing made the highlights hahahaha http://sports.espn.go.com/nba/recap?gameId=290209015
Yes it is hating. McGrady would get absolutely roasted to no end if he laughed at his teammate getting hung on a dunk. Losing athleticism has little to nothing to do with strong or weak attitude toward the game.
he sucked tonight. point blank. sucked like a scrub. that play either should motivate him or he should just retire. if he doesn't come out with an intensity next game and the rest of the year, his mind is elsewhere. that was one of the saddest play i've seen. the ball wasn't even over the damn rim. goodness. just freakin' lay it up. right now, i'm just watching this team for luis scola.
This just reminds me of Francis trying to do a similar dunk back in the Francis era and he got hung the same way. I think it was against the Lakers. Does anybody else remember that? Either way, they were both embarrasing.
Brent Barry is probably thinking what the heck he's gotten himself into. People may disagree but I'm also in the thought that laughing at your teammate is bad and it shows a disconnect. Something is broken in the lockeroom, it has spilled over onto the court and McGrady is right in the center of the problem. What a most embaressing moment for McGrady. This whole deal is depressing because we are stuck with a declining star until 2010. I feel sorry for Scola and Yao.
Tmac can't take criticism well and probably felt Ron took a couple of shots at him. So he ISO'ED HIM. Anyways from watching that play live it just looked like a lazy attempt at a layup and he went too far underneath the rim.
barry was thinking, damn, at the age of 37 i can do better than that. i don't feel angry against mcgrady for the most part any more. instead, pity. and it feels worse. that tells me i have given up my last hope or expectation on him. why did the bball god create such a talent at the first place...
