Hmm, some of you guys are hilarious.

I wish T-Mac woulda drove more at the end, and I wish Yao wasn't so soft. However, I realize that we lost to a better team tonight...so I'm not tripping. Hopefully management will go get the following this summer:

    A) A PG that can shoot.
    B) A real PF.
    C) SOME ATHLETES

Our stars put up damn near 60 points. THEY NEED HELP. You guys are treating T-Mac like he scored 8 points in the elimination game or something........

He had to cry to show that he supposedly cared, a player that cares doesn't sit on the bench and on top of that keep a smile on his face cmon now

Yao is not playing well for sure, but what's the reason behind it? Don't u see how hard he's trying, no u won't see it, since your eyes are only on TMAC's hand.

While jazz's guard is passing our guard, the big man is there to help, where is TMAC? No one setup fuxking single screen for Yao for most of the games, he fights he's way in the paint, OKUR is playing dirty, check his fxcking hands, it's on Yao most of the time.

I blame Yao for nothing playing tough enough to destory the OKUR and that's a shame for Yao. Yao's a 7'6 giant, he's slow for sure, name a 7'6 giant, that can both run and shoot well, give me a fuxking single one name.

Yao plays like p***y in some games this series, but he's fighting...and obey the JVG's fxcking play book, and the mean time, he's still have his normal numbers, and the mean time, the Zoo carrier just don't carry anything to 2nd round again, even himself...

Boozer eat YAO alive for sure, a man without basketball IQ would know that it's a fxcking mismatch, Boozer is 2 steps quick than YAO, and he plays so well...

Why JVG still let YAO play him, because no one can stop Boozer, our PF is just a black hole... Let yao stay in paint, he could at least stop jazz guard to tear the Rocket wide open.

The blame should go to all starting 5 players and JVG, to single one of them is unfair, Can you blame K.B for not carry his team?

I just wish he learns one thing from all this thing.... just stop the arrogance when you are up 2-0, 3-0, 3-1 or whatever... just stop this "We are up two zero"... stop it.... don't be complacent. Complacency kills you man.

So when he puts up Steve Nash type numbers with a team whose talent doesn't compare to the Suns that's his fault? He can't sit on the bench for a couple minutes to catch his breath because we all know that it's the easiest thing in the world to do better than just 29 points and 13 assists with only 2 turnovers. Those are stats that a guy that doesn't care puts up after all. Oh, and that press conference, at the end where he didn't become a hothead like others here may have done wasn't the right thing to do.

yao tries hard that's for sure. but evey guy tries hard believe it or not in the playoffs. boozer did. deron did. alston did.

but yao WAS our advantage clear-cut no way about it in this series. w/ tmac, they can pack the paint and keep him out to the perimeter.

but yao was 7'6, with a height and size advantage over anyone the jazz had. and he killed them in the last meeting in the reg. season.

and for yao to go into this series w/ less double teams coming his way was disappointing. jazz feared him less and less as the series went on, which is NOT a good thing.

that's all i was disappointed about. i never question yao's determination or heart. i just feel his game wasn't very dominant, not his personality. u can try, but doesn't mean you're good (see alston).

yao tries, but he's not a superstar

tmac deserves better players and a better coach. Great player, great guy, just like Kobe, he can't do it himself.

exactly, the reporter tried to bait tmac into blaming the other players. but he didn't. he accepted the blame.

but hey, the way i looked at this was, tmac was not really in shape the whole season b/c he never practiced this past offseason. so him trying his best wasn't at all his best.

let's see w/ this full offseason with him and shee what happens.

i'm so disappointed his jumper was as pathetic as it was. let's see it improve next yr.

I'd just like to say that I feel the EXACT SAME WAY. except i never had a good feeling about this team, i felt that this team could squeak by the first round and that's it.

Tmac's a great player and i'm a big fan of his. Like you, i hope, that if he DOES get traded that he goes to a good team and wins a ring. He deserves it. But if you can accuse me of being some kind of "ONLY" fan, i would say i'm a Yao and Tmac Only Fan... YTOF or TYOF...i love this duo and i hope that someday they will win a championship, that is my dream scenario.

    you know what
what on earth is your problem? If i could see you right now I would seriously let you have one. The guy tried his hardest in a playoff. Lets not mention his stat line was the type of line that would have won a game for us. The guy got 13 assists, the guy got points he got boards he got got damn everything. Its not his fault his fellow players wilted. He talked the talk, he walked the walk, and his taking the blame too. I don't know what more he can do other then lift himself into a Jordan Stratosphere. Its not his fault Yao didn't turn up for 3 quaters, its not his fault we can't get the stops or the fouls when we needed them. ESPN has it right, Boozer, Williams and Okur just outscored Mcgrady and Yao. These guys are all allstars. Don't blame Mcgrady, he tried his arse off, he made the offence , he made the game close. He put his team in a position to win, when there was no hope possible. Cry more mate your a great fan, I can see that our team is going places with fans like these.

Actually, I think our team is deep enough and talented enough to have won it all. Just never developed any of our role players and our bench. Now all we need is to do what Dallas did and add a Jerry Stackhouse. We still need a great point guard who can finish and a great Power Forward to help on defense and scoring. We also need to open up the offense so it flows better. Who cares if we turn the ball over now and then.

I feel for the players and coaches. They put a lot of hard work into this season. Its tough being a rockets fan right now but we will have our glory one day.

    i disagree

i think we have no bench besides a backup Center in Dikemebe mutomobo

Chucky Hayes probably wont even find a backup PF position on most teams let along a starting job....JVG did well to use him to his maximum ability

Alston is what he is - a 2nd rate PG who is a decent back up PG not a starting pg on a championship caliber team

Juwan - is a decent back up veteran PF

Head - is one of the many one dimensional players out there

we have Battier which is really good...now all we need is to beef up our role players

personally i think our role players overperformed this season but when the going gets tough they failed because they have already reached thier ceiling

none of our role players were able to "lite up" the opposing team on any given day this is the key difference here

Mavs - Dirk, Howard, Terry, Stackhouse all of which can light it up
    Spurs - Duncan, Parker, Manu
    Phoneix - everyone
Utah - Deron, Boozer, to a lesser extent harpring or okur
    detroit - rip, chauncy, rasheed
    Houston - Yao, Tmac

we need more offensive role players
