That's like saying I have $1.50 when I used to have $1.00. I'm still broke.

He had a decent supporting cast. One that *should* have at least netted a first round victory. But of course, they didn't play much and and didn't play too well when they did play.

I feel bad for him. It has to be hard when you feel (at times) you have to do it all. He needs more help than just Yao (who is so soft that it makes me sick). But I don't know how we can get more help for him without dealing Yao and/or McGrady himself. Outside of Battier and the big 2, who else on our team would anybody want? They're garbage.

Yep, you can't help but feel sorry for the guy. I mean, this guy's got it band. He has it worse than Malone or Barkley, who thoguh they didn't win a championship are treated with respect.

McGrady? It's all about getting past round one. What then? Getting past round 2? What's the differences between not winning a playoffseries and not winning a NBA championship?

Let's give the guy a break and hope he comes back better next year.

Tracy played a good game but Sorry to say in the last 5 mins he only had one bucket..thats when superstarts/champions step it up..not disappear...I was sad to see his postgame ..i felt really bad...i take their loss as bad as any fans...i couldn't sleep sat or sunday.....you think a guy like kobe would only score 2 pts in the final 5 mins of your season..NOOOOOOOO
Yao did have a crappy game until the 4th but played awsome in the 4th..scored 15 pts...many of you blame him for not rebounding but what is he supposed to do when he is guarding boozer or Okur and they are pullihng him outside to the 3 point line..he isn't in position to get the rebound...thats where the guards and battier need to steip up....boozer and okur who shoot from teh outside caused many matchup problmes because yao can't be expected to rebound and keep up with them at the 3 pont line..its impossible....
you can't expect Yao to guard a power forward in boozer...Yao is a 7'6 center who shouldn't have to guard a 4 spot....that should be up to our pwoer forward ....but we all know Howard or Hayes can't take boozer..so quit blaming yao..it was a bad matchup for us....
how quickly you all forget how dominating Yao is and are blamig this on him...he will be back and beter next year....why do people jump on and off the bandwagon every 2 seconds...its sickening...if you are a fan, y ou stick with your team...

We lost because everyone underperformed. Our offense wasn't even bad. Our defense went AWOL.

Forget everything else and just look at the free throws in game 7. We missed 9. That's the game.

And didn't T-Mac miss 4 freebies? What was the final margin? Oh yeah, 4 points.

and didnt Yao get abused by Boozer (even in the 4 q when it mattered most) ? its everyone's fault, including TMac. Yao is 26 and TMac is about to turn 28...we still have some time left

Tmac should have done more in the game and series instead of crying after the fact. Ak-47 cried after game 1 and he produced after that. However, I believe Ak-47's tears were sincere while tmac's were crocodile tears to gain some sympathy for his failure.

Some of you guys have the toughest guidelines for a superstar ever. Tracy played great all series long.

It's true that he didn't have a big impact in the last minutes of the game, but this happens to superstars all the time. Happened to T-Mac happened to Kobe before, etc. To pin blame on Tracy for this series loss is ridiculous, he did everything he could and everything that a fan could ask of their team's best player. Scoring, rebounding, playing D and passing. We came up a bit short, but he's the last one that should be blamed.

The NBA is a team game and that's more the case than before. Is Kobe not a superstar now because he couldn't get his team out of the first round? What about KG and his T-Wolves who weren't in the playoffs?

for all of you who are bashing on tmac i hope you realize that he's an all around player not now and not the type to go out (considering his back issues) and score 60 pts consistently. the guy is basically a point guard for this team and you guys are making him seem like he can do everything on both sides of the floor while his team mates decide to take a break. It was so clear at the end that the game didn't come down to mcgrady but REBOUNDS. of all things we couldn't secure one of those 3 offensive rebounds and that really hurt us. pretty bad though that he chose ignore the question about the need for better play makers on this team and leave.. i do question why he didn't take it to the rim when the jazz were in early foul trouble but we shouldn't keep drilling on the fact that he, battier and yao were the only ones that actually scored for the rockets. heres to a better 07'-08' season!

man i was pissed that t-mac didnt go more to the rack, but if the rest of the team doesnt do crap it gets more and more difficult for him to go to the rack. Anyway T-mac was the only one that showed up ( maybe game 3 not so ). I expected much more out of Yao and # 3 to 7.
