You don't trade a Tracy McGrady -- you get him help. That's not to say he hasn't been a problem in some of these games.... large ditto to Yao. Both have failed in some of the key situations. They also have made some key plays as well (Game 5). But fair or not, you get them some help ... you get them some teammates who can score rather than waiting to be put in an easy situation to. You don't trade those players. Whether you like Mike James for this team next season is not my point -- maybe he's washed up, maybe he's a malcontent, maybe he's worthless.... BUT, a guy like the Mike James we saw two years ago would work wonders on this current team.

T-Mac & Yao are not the problem. The problem is JVG. If we get rid of JVG and get a decent coach that has a clue on the offensive end, we'll be fine.
