They trap him because they know he doesn't have the mobility to break the trap and punish them for sending 2 guys at him. Trapping Baron on the hand, is just the same as giving them freebies, because no one on the Mavs is as strong and quick as Baron is. The times that he did get trapped, he just broke through them - Avery johnson actually made a comment about that after the first game they played in Golden State.

Yes, Yao is a mental strong guy, this is a good for the team, but we do not need say his teammate is weak or not strong. Everyone is different in the personality, you just can not change it. I still see Yao will be a better team leader, right now TMac maybe a better leader because he is in the NBA longer. The Rockets need win this series for everyone to be a winner before everyone becomes a loser if we lost the series. It does not matters who is better or not.

how quickly people forget. T-Mac carried the team for 32 games while Yao was out, and now its all his fault that we dropped two in Utah? Now all the YOFs come out in full force to say that Yao is the only reason we're even in the series? please. They're (Tracy and Yao) the reason why the Rockets won and lost in the series. Don't give me that bull**** about T-Mac. How about realizing that Utah actually IS a good team and that most people predicted Rockets in 6 or 7, not 4 or 5. Jesus Christ.

I'm not sure what his deal has been on the road but he is more than capable of destroying a team on the road. He has done it several times in his career even in the playoffs(Dallas, Detroit). I think Reggie Miller had a good point about role players and bench players playing much better at home and that has attributed to Tmac playing better at home and bad on the road. If we can get out to a good start and not give Jazz fans any reason to blow the roof off, then we will see a much better Game 6. Once you give these home crowds reasons to explode it just magnifies as evidenced by the GS-Dal series. I expect him to take it to the rack again in Game 6 and hopefully we can knock down shots like last game and get ahead early. That is extremely important and will give him and Yao more room to operate.

Tmac is NOT a clutch player

Tmac is NOT a clutch player

My god, the only way for us to win this series now in G7 is for everyone else to step up. He can no longer carry us to wins!!

Wow it would be nice to have teammates that could actually do something for once except for turn it over...

All the defense at the halftime was geared to shut him down because his team sucks balls.

    Enough said.

Game 7. They suck on the road.

I am not sure if T-Mac needs another blame... just look at Yao's TO number and you know why we lost.

TMac has NEVER had a buzzer beating shot. That shot against the Mavs in 05 was his closest thing, and it was still with 2.2 left on the clock

Where should i start with this game: down by 1, Tmac had 3 ****in chances!! He got picked twice, blocked once, and missed shot after shot, and layup after layup. He flat out choked!!!! There is no sugar coating, if he doesnt get it done in G7, this franchise is better served looking for a guy who they can really build around!!
