The last play was a good play at least on Tmac part, that I admit. I am not talking about one play here, however. The previouy one he almost turned over the ball, and the game would have been over. Look, my point is not about the result. It's more than that.
It's easy to appreciate a player who got hot playing against us. Artest is bad news. I have a lot friends who are Kings fans. They hate Artest. The guy brings so much drama with him and he chucks up the worst shots. If you think T-Mac is bad, you'll love Artest. The guy just plays well against us. He's not all that great. T-Mac didn't play well until too late, and even then, a Steve Novak three bailed him out. Agreed. But don't get ahead of yourself. RON ARTEST? FOR TRACY MCGRADY? The guy is being contimplated for Lenas Kleiza and Eduardo Najera. Or a TE from Phoenix. And you will give Tracy McGrady for him? You must really hate T-Mac. It's hard to defend a guy who can't get out of the first round after six or seven tries, so I will withhold further comment, but he's not that bad. I really hope he gets out of the first round this season. Yao too. Soon Yao will have that monkey on his back...not good.
Look I am not YOF. I have been harsh on Yao a lot of times, read my sig. And dont assume people agreeing with me are YOFs automatically. Even if they are YOFs, does it effect their opinions and feelings? It is weak to label everybody as YOF.
So at what point in the fourth quarter did you want him to start chucking? Or perhaps you think the Sacramento defense would just part like the Red Sea and invite him to the basket? Your assumption here is that if T-Mac wanted, he could have driven to the basket and got himself a high percentage shot. Based on what I've seen from him since he got back from his knee injury, I don't think that's true.
Ok so what makes him not a competitor? Was he a competitor during the playoffs when he put up huge numbers? Was he a competitor when he did that impossible come from behind victory against the Spurs awhile back? Sure he doesnt have the same desire as Kobe or Lebron but not that many people in the league has that type of passion. I dont know about the rest of the people you named. They seem like normal stars to me. KG needs to be added.
Their feelings is clouded by nationlism. IMO. btw not calling you one just seeing those type that agree with you make their weak arguements or just trolling like tsunami.
I understand what you are saying and I agree. Some people just don't look at the big picture and it's going to take an elite team to come in here and show them what you're talking about.
Seems to me you're being more than harsh on T-mac. I mean, there are a dozen threads bashing the guy - why would you add another one unless you just detest the guy. There's a difference between being critical and bashing. Critical is saying Yao should do x harder. Or T-mac's shot selection could be better. But to say "T-mac is not a competitor"????? Please, that's just ludacrious. None of his team mates feel that way, and the coaches don't either. JVG never said that, and doesn't say it now. They love T-mac because he is a competitor. To just start a thread and say he's not a competitor is ridiculous and I don't know if you are a YOF (you sound like one) or a TOH, but man, it's so old and tiring that all you are really doing is serving to split fans on this forum so that this board just becomes an endless pathetic battle between YOH's and TOH's and it will drive away everyone else. That's what you are contributing to. Now, what should we call you for that?
And your feelings is clouded by irrational hate and then you cowardly spread the hate on the internet anonymously. Shall we call that coward's hate?
Supporting a player because he's from the same country is due to 'nationalism'. I see. What about you support a player in a HS basketball game because he's your brother? Do you call that being clouded by 'familyism'? Geeze, you are dumb.
Your feeling is clouded by your bias. Funny, how people fall into same trap they often accuse others of.
